Shop Policies

 

Items are shipped via USPS with multiple shipping options: Economy, Priority & Express. Each lei will take 1-2 business days to be made. After those 1-2 days, shipping time are as follows:

  • Economy: 7-10 Business Days
  • Standard: 4-6 Business Days 
  • Express: 2-3 Business Days 

    We will email tracking information when your order ships. We ship to the address given during checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Packages that are delivered to an incorrect or old address that are not returned to us will not be refunded.

    For delayed, lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping services directly. If mail theft is an issue in your area, please contact us to add signature confirmation to your order (fees may apply). Items without signature confirmation are automatically noted "Carrier - Leave if No Response" on the shipping label by USPS.

    Each package will be insured via USPS on your behalf. We are not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. You must contact the USPS postal service directly for any and all insurance claims.

     

    Return and Exchange Policies

    We hope you love your purchase from Leis All Day! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us right away so we can assist you. Due to the custom nature of our products, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition (no signs of use, no scents, no pet hair, and no damage). Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs). Refunds will NOT be given for any lost or stolen merchandise. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

    Please Note: Personalized items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    2) Create your own shipping label & send to:

    3) Print label
    4) Attach the label to the package
    5) Drop off package at any location (USPS, UPS, Fedex)
    6) Once the package is returned, you will be provided with your refund
